265/70R17 Installed today by the dealer. No vibration. No noise. Run as well as the Firestone Destinations that came off of it.

 

Loving mine! Been almost a year on them, still lots of life left. When I air down they feel like I added $4k in shocks!

 

That's weird because aired down it almost looks like you added $4k in shocks.

 

LOL Ok make that $8k in shocks total!!

 

Just ordered a set of 4 from Discount, going to get them installed next weekend. I can't wait, hopefully thye are much quieter and balance easier than my current Mud Terrain tires. The noise is driving me crazy on my commute.

 

Just had replacements ordered because the tech told me they were bad tires... Have bad them balanced twice now and the vibration is terrible. Road force balance + hub centric rings + extended lugs = nada. All began when these tires were installed.

 

So I cleaned up my truck today and my tires are still sitting in the garage. I’m low key waiting to decide if I want to go with Pro wheels (come one eBay, give me a coupon) or just stay stock and stick them on. I didn’t want to mount them up on my stock wheels and then turn around and unmount them and put them on the Pro wheels. Heck, I don’t know.

 

I was faced with that exact dilemma, waited on the Ebay Coupon!

 

I think I’m going to wait, but I’m also thinking about just embracing the off road version and doing other mods. Those rear bumper caps have got to go sooner than later. I’m also looking at a new front recovery point. But then I see those Pro wheels and I’m like......

 

Hey man! That's funny after talking with you when I grabbed those wheels from you I picked up some falkens too! Just went on a road trip to the bay are on them. Pretty happy and gained 1.5mpg over my old 10ply e-rated generals! They looked so good on your truck I had to get em

 

So what do you think about the Method MR311 Vex? I kind of like those as well.

 

I had not come across those, what kind of prices do they carry?

 

I can get them for less than $150 each.

 

I am also thinking about Ray 10s but they are out of stock (as usual).

 

That is not bad at all, I noticed how good black wheels look on our trucks!

 

That was my thought BUT they just don’t do it enough for me to pull the trigger. I’m thinking Pro wheels are what I like. If I could score some Ray 10s I’d consider it but otherwise I’m likely holding out for those Pro wheels. TBH, Toyota nailed it with those Pro wheels in my opinion.

 

Maybe EBay will put up a coupon for Labor Day...
