    $16k?! That's practically an '05/'06.

People don't usually buy it for the mods and could care less. You're better off parting the aftermarket pieces and get more money on top of the ~KBB value.

Wow, hah, I would be leaping for joy if I could find an 05 for 16k. Last summer I paid 17,000 for my 04 double cab. I agree, people pay way more than the KBB for toyotas.

That thing will sell well over KBB. I searched for 3 months trying to find a low mileage 04 before deciding to just purchase a new 2010 model due to the high prices/resale value of the 04's. I couldn't find any in "good" condition for anywhere close to KBB pricing. I searched Craigstlist, eBay and Autotrader (as well as local papers) to no end.

GL with the sell, I'd be surprised if you don't get 14k+ for it.

I just got my 05 for $17k, so I guess I did ok? I mean it's not totally unreasonable. It's an access cab though, not double.

Depends on the model of the 05'/06. You wont find a decent access cab or double cab for that price.

KBB sucks! NADA is what the banks use to determine loans.

The dude is trying to sell his truck for what he thinks it is worth. It is his truck to try and sell as he sees fit. Why post negative comments?

Sorry to see the truck go! I was looking to buy that exact same truck, color and all, when i was in the market because I HATED the 2nd gen body style. Ended up going with a brand new 07 for whatever reason :p. Good luck with the sale!

lol, I was being sarcastic kinda. I know I'd start high with my truck but I've done a lot to it. Even then, personal mods don't add value to a vehicle.
