i understand the whole "i gotta watch for deer and hopefully dont hit any" but its not worth risking other peoples eyesight for yours especially if the other person has night blindness.

 

I dont work for them but my cousin does. He says just apply for any position and once you get in if they like you then start applying for orher jobs.

He got in as a janitor and is hoping if stays long enough he can get in as a mechanic and they will put him through school

 

problem with that is have a dash cam also i have a 45 in the truck. if someone threatens my life i should have the right to do the same only fair. and yes i know thats not how it works

 

Yeah when another is coming you should be able to see deer anyway, that's just being a dick not shutting brights off

 

I already have my degree in mechanical engineering with 3 years of design experience, I won’t start off as a janitor. No way no how lol

 

One of the reasons I really take issue with LEDs in old school halogen housings. I jumped on that wagon in 2016 and thanks to this forum, I pulled them. I don't want to be responsible for some person slamming into another because I wanted to be cool and have LED brightness. No thx. See so many these days and it even bothers my tired old eyes.

yea, i just bought a set of those figured just to try them. im going back to halogens real soon cause there not that great really

 

not meant as a slap at you but yeah, totally. someone threatens my life, I'm going home to my wife and kid - no matter what it takes.

 

Weren't those the new ones which supposedly resolved that entire beam refraction issue or whatever it was? Maybe that was someone else.

yea i got the HIKARI led bulbs in the Amazon down below. the beam is nice in terms its not disco ball. but there not worth it regardless

It was in Antioch. Not the best area. Got it back a week later not far from my house. I was glad too. That’s when I was in college and broke as hell

 

Im think of applying as a mechanic though i dont have one of the qualifications needed
