Sure, see if the trans is still there also.

I will, eventually. I don't think I will be getting enough lift out of the front to that just yet.

I got the 91 seats installed yesterday. I had to modify more then I though, but it wasn't to big of a deal. The rear seat backs I just opened up the holes in the brackets to make the bolt up to the truck, but I had to drill all new holes for the seat bottoms. The drivers seat lined up on 2 holes & the passenger on only 1. All other bolt holes had to be drilled. I really need a set of covers for the front but these seats are MUCH more comfy than the ones I had.

These are the rear seat back brackets I modified.

Rear seats in. You can see the rear seat bottom mounts in the pic Kieth posted above, I had to drill all new holes for them.

Here are the front seats installed. I need some covers for them.

You can see here that I still need to relocate the rear seat back catch to lock in. I am just going to fab a drop bracket for them to bolt in & drop.

All in All I am pleased with the seat swap, I need to get them cleaned up. I also put all of the seat belts back in so I can strap myself in finally.

I also tried to finish installing my CB yesterday, It was already mounted & wired up, but I need to mount the anntenna & run the coax. The Antenna mount was A FAIL! Working on version 2.0 now. It just isn't strong enough. Maybe the extreme heat was getting to me, but I am just not happy with it. Next version will be the same principle, just going to try & beef it up. I think the ideas was good, the execution was bad. Laugh away.

I notched the tail light just a tad for the coax to run out of the cab. I did not have to go far enough for water getting under the lense to be a problem.

OK well I'll let you know when we have a final plan. Still trying to deside if we should do this on Friday evening or Saturday afternoon.

I plan on doing this EXACT same thing, except SAS. I just need to find a 4-Runner...

Anyways, great rig and build! Looks great and performs just as good!

New leaf spring bushings for the shackle install. Got them from Napa for $1.29 each. Figured they where cheap enough so why not?
Only thing holding up the shackles is some grease zerts I ordered from McMaster Karr. I planned on drilling & tapping the head of the bolts & putting the zerts in to make them grease-able. Starting to think that it's not worth the effort......oppinions?

    LOL @ Vato-zone!

I agree it would be cool to make them grease-able. The zerts should be in tomorrow so I will just wait. Normally I get things from McMaster overnight but I didn't come up with the idea of how to make it work untill late in the day yesterday, so I didn't order them untill almost 6 O'clock. Too bad I don't live close for several reasons though.

way to go rob, your runner is coming along great. i have been saving money like mad over here so I can rip mine apart and get her operational.

marlin got back to me and said if i buy front, rear, and sliders they would get me them for 775.00 normally 850.00 and i was thinking of putting an air system on her for tires, a 33% duty cycle/ compact compressor would work.

keep up the work buddy. i like the cream puff more then ruby thunder right now.
