Time for my first service, oil change, etc... Anyone able to recommend best dealerships in NOVA to have truck serviced? to use for maintenance and which ones to stay away from? I am in Centreville, VA. I like the dealership I purchased my truck from but they are an hour and half away...

The first service at 5k is just a tire rotation, any dealer should be more than able.

I have the fluids too I think. I want to build a relationship with them so finding a good one off the bat would be nice.

Oil change will not be till 10k service, would think you should be able to build a good relationship with any dealer, maybe pay a visit to some and talk to the service advisors to get a feel for them.

I’m in Centreville too, but bought elsewhere. The selling dealer keeps calling me. I’ve told them several times I’m not driving an hour and a half on a good day for an oil change.

My family uses both Fairfax and Chantilly. They have bought countless Toyota’s from them. This is my first Toyota. I have a Lexus, Benz, Honda and Mazda. I swore up and down that I would not use them as their sales practices sucked.

The service director saw me when I went in for a part. He asked what I doing there, I said buying a part for the truck. I told him I didn’t buy it from them. He said he didn’t blame me. But said he would take care of me. The thought of having to drive out to Miller, Priority or Koon’s is not appealing. I bought from Sheehy in Fredericksburg.

It's a work in progress. See my build thread.
I've been satisfied with AutoNation Leesburg. Not sure where in NoVa you are...

I haven't been in a while since I do my own maintenance now but used to go to Ourisman and it was always fine.

Doug, (it's Caleb) if you'd like to come up my way in Harpers Ferry, our dealership up here is pretty solid.

I stopped using dealerships and just do it all myself now. Take the tires to NTB for rotation since i bought them there. Cheaper and i know The job is done to my standard.

I had my first oil change done at Ourisman Chantilly Toyota last week at 5k miles. Got checked in immediately and was out of there in a timely fashion, despite the fact that they were slammed on a Friday morning. Nice spacious waiting room with fast WiFi. And, oh yeah, Boston creme donuts. Although I bought my truck in Maryland, I'll be going to Ourisman from now on.

Doesn’t matter what dealership you take it to for a tire rotation and or oil change. You will get the lowest tech in the place for such easy jobs.

I purchased the service plan so all of this is covered and I want to take full advantage of it.

The Truck comes with 2 years, 25000 mile Toyotacare, you get your 2 free oil changes at 10k and 20k, and the tire rotations every 5k. I would guess your service plan probably kicks in at 30k.
