    If they do or if they don't reply quickly to that will be telling.

    I have their bolt on sliders, great product. It did take 4 months from the day I ordered until delivery. I ordered the aluminum front bumper at the end of July, supposed to be here in mid September. I called them on Thursday afternoon and got a return call from Mike on Friday, ordered the Baja Designs fog lights, The stock rigid fogs are not compatible with the front bumper.

    Weird. This just happened a week or two ago with another member on here. I've ordered a bumper and sliders, and while both only slightly exceeded the ESTIMATED lead time, they were always great with communication. Lead times are estimates and it's important people remember that these products require symmetry with a lot of moving parts/companies (steel shipments, powder coat shops, etc.). But I'm surprised about the lack of communication. Maybe the phone thing is the issue. Interested to see how they respond to IG tag.

    @Pelfreybilt ?

    Mike has been the most active on this site since Satin took leave. I'm sure Tyler has been busy with the corpo side of things.

    I find it hard to believe and highly doubt they went out of business. They've been expanding pretty much non-stop for the past few years and always make good on their orders for customers. With no shortage of orders and interest coming in as well as highly anticipated new developments (dual swing out rear bumpers), they're not going anywhere anytime soon. It could be possible that vague questions (as in: "I have some questions about XYZ product") via email take a little less priority than order status update requests, but I'm just speculating.

    It could also be a restructuring of their website and rather than getting a 404 code, everything just shows "out of stock". (now I'm really speculating)

    AFAIK, after her father passed, she hasn't been publicly active with the company. Totally understandable. I remember when the @Pelfreybilt handle on here was hers before Mike took it over.

    I wont assume anything else as she's entitled to her privacy.

    I watched a youtube video with a Pelfreybilt interview and they mentioned that customer service was their top priority in their company. Hope this is still the case and hope everything is okay!

    I want to purchase a front bumper from them but waiting for updates before I do.

    I was just curious if anyone had heard what happened to them. I was trying to get in contact with them for about a month about ordering the Baja sales package which was a front bumper plus the Baja design 20 inch led light bar and Baja design fogs and never got a respond. I also watch the YouTube video that was mention earlier and saw that customer service was their main priority. I was confused because if people are willing to spend 2K plus on your product I felt like I/we should be a bigger priority.

    For everyone worried about their customer service, I think after YEARS of outstanding service people could cut them a little slack. I think I only have 1 piece from them (IFS Skid) but even I know they have always had potentially the BEST costumer service (wholelistically) and def rank in the top 2% for sure. Everyone wants things here/now. Give them the credit they deserve; as I’m sure there is a reason they disappear over night and have not been replying. We all know if/when they get back they will give an explanation and apologize to all their customers.

    This is in no way a rant or anything like that, so I hope it does not get received that way! After all, I have no skin in this game and not ordering anything. I just think even though I haven’t ordered much from them, they seem to be a great company and give them the benefit of the doubt. If anyone is wanting a product or something so bad (I know it’s frustrating) but there are plenty of other companies available with dang near all the same stuff you can purchase through. Just a thought.

    I hope that is true. From what I heard it sounds like a great company and I don’t mean to bash on them so I hope it doesn’t come off that way. I wish I could’ve ordered some parts from the company because I was super excited to work with them but unfortunately the time is wrong and I hope it’s just they are to busy and I hope it’s nothing serious. Thank you to everyone who put there input and helped me get the information I received. It’s greatly appreciated!

    Hm... I would suggest mods delete this thread or close it before rumors spread and get out of hand. Pelfrybilt has been nothing but outstanding service for our trucks and their product line is growing with all the incoming orders. I would just think either they're on a much needed vacation or possibly just backed up in the shop making parts.

    Mods are more then welcome to close or delete this thread. It was simply a question I had and I didn’t know anywhere else to go and ask the question and get the information.
