 yeah I'm pretty pissed about it.

4wheelparts.. Only reason I used them instead of HS or Rogue was they had a the BEST deal on 6112/5160. I've learned my lesson.

Can you or anyone else running a 3-leaf AAL pull a rear measurement, hub to fender for me?

I'm running 6112's 3rd clip, with 5160's out back. Added the Icon 3-leaf progressive this weekend and disappointingly I'm only sitting at 22" hub to fender in the back. I don't think I got anywhere near the 1.5" of lift the kit is supposed to give me.

Is this with the overload in or out and are you carring weight in the back? Had headstrong version with the overload out and I was 33.5” ground to fender more or less depending on what weight I had in the bed. Think I was just shy of 22” from hub to fender.

I’m using Icon RXT leaf pack as of right now.

2015 TRD Off Road 4WD DCSB. Factory 3+1 leaf pack. Removed the overload, installed the Icon 3-Leaf AAL.

No weight at all in the bed, not even a trailer hitch. Only weight added to the truck is a set of rock sliders. I'm sitting dead at 22" hub to fender in the rear. I was thinking I should be seeing 23"-23.5". Am I wrong about that?

Wow. I have Dakars with the top OL removed and I think I am getting over 23". Haven't checked in a while.
Can if you'd like, but totally different leaf packs.

Can't hurt! Heck I'll even take measurements from a stock 2nd Gen just for a point of comparison.

Measurements on my stock 2011 dclb 4x4 are hub to fender (fr) 20” and (rr) 22” before i put the topper on. Lost an inch with topper. Thats with the 2+1 non tsb leaf pack.

That sucks! I had similar experience with the wheelers 3 leaf mini pack on my first gen Tundra few yrs back. Only got like 7/8” of lift w/o overload and approx 1.5 w/ ovr load.

Put the overload back in if you want my lift. Could be mistaken or someone correct me. The lift advertised is with he overload in.

Quite positive it’s with out overload for the 1.5” and you have the option of more lift w over load in.

Your stock leaf pack might be shot, they’re known to sag. But if you add the overload in you only gain .5-.75” of lift.

Good luck, I said screw it and bought a whole new leaf pack.

Yeah the 1.5" of lift, per Icon, is without Overload... 2" with overload. Think it's possible for my 3 year old leaf pack to be shot already? I've only ever towed a pop up camper once, and had an ATV in the bed once. Other than that it's a couple hundred pounds worth of camping gear 3 times a year.

Going by what @slomoe is saying, you're at 22" Rear Right completely stock, right?

Also hopefully @toucan can chime in and post some fresh 3-leaf measurements.

You guys don't know how bad I'm kicking myself for not pulling measurements before I installed these.

Yep totally stock and with no topper was 22”. Put topper on and dropped 1” and with an extra 100lbs in bed am constantly hitting the bumpstops. Currently waiting for my Icon Rxt’s to get delivered.
