I have had wildpeaks in my cart for weeks in expectations of buying a Taco... Well I guess with the 15% off sale they bumped the prices up. When I was on Ebay yesterday they were 446 in my cart and today they are 548. Those sly bastards!

Slow day in here. I didn't log on at all today during work, and there were only a few pages to go through.

All in all, the RPM numbers that I posted aren't that horrible. They're only about 150 RPM higher than stock. The 2TR likes to rev.

Stock I ran 2565 @ 70 and 2931 @ 80. With stock gears and my 315/70s, I run 2274 @ 70 and 2599 @ 80. Gearing to 4.88s, I'll be at 2707 @ 70 and 3093 @ 80.

At least it's not raining, yet. That starts Thursday afternoon.

 

I noticed that!!! I have had 285 Wild Peaks in my cart for a while as well and I saw they went from 572 to 700!!!

Not in North Western Virginia but the campgrounds down near New River Rail Trail (Foster Falls, Va. or Galax, Va.) are pretty nice.

 

what do you mean? you dont think a 2.5" coilover and shocks are worth $1400? would you go remote res? or what do you suggest? I had Icon stage 1 on my black tacoma and was very happy with the ride quality / performance

 

Maybe he meant so much shock for so little money. That’s how I read it.

I’m just unable to justify that in my mind. I think the OME up front and ext 5100s with Dakar’s is all I would put on a DD. The ride is outstanding with my setup way better than stock. But u do whatever u feel like and I’ll sit here and be forever jealous of ur 3rd gen.
