More truck parts showed up during dinner!! Whoohoo oh and this LSD additive stinks bad!! If it’s as good as it smells bad, I’ll get a million miles out of this rear end.

05-08 has a mechanical lsd. Maybe 09 but I’m not sure. After that it’s a “fake” lsd and is all done with the brakes.

Mines a limited so Auto LSD. Which hooks up surprisingly well under heavy throttle. If you have a rear E locker, then your open I believe. But idk for sure about all the models. It’s my first Taco and I really just kind of reasherched what was best for my setup.

    Not his!

At least not a mechanical one, hence no need for the LS additive.

I run the power stop rotors with centric 105s and it has tons of brake force once they are warmed up. Just look out for those first few stops in the morning.

What does this help or do for the A/C system?
    Thanks

When at idle the manual fan clutch is not pulling enough air to keep the A/C as cool as if you were driving down the road. There is a thread "our A/C sucks" in the 2nd gen section.

I've never had that problem & it gets plenty hot & humid here. I think y'all that have this issue need to look deeper because it's not normal.

10-4 it does not happen to everyone. My A/C system is all new I replaced everything right before Summer. it normally runs 45 degrees on a 90-100 degree day but will rise to 56 degrees when at idle.

Those sound like good numbers to me! 40+ degree drop is about as good as it gets.
