So what do the reinforcement ribs do for the skids? Is this a must or a should or not a big deal?

 

Damn was going to order the tail plate if on sale.

Sliders with longer legs???


I've been waiting to change out my skids until I get my house sold.... Guess it's time to order this week!!

 

The bolt on sliders that I have had for 2+ years, have 6" legs. Its my preference to have the sliders be further out from the tires. My 315s are wide.. So i needed some with 8" legs. Luckily Mobtown revised their design, and now have exactly what I wanted.

 

Depends how hard you plan on wheeling. My mid skid has reinforcement ribs and I still bent it upwards a bit. Same with my IFS skids. There are some sizable dents that would be much worse without reinforcement.
