Its a little stiff but prefer that over being soft and bouncy. I have the Smitty x20 in it and full set of steel skids. I've thought about grabbing some 888's to try out but I'm too cheap to pull the trigger. I'll probably keep it as is until I'm ready to do a full over hall to ADS or King. I also plan on changing out the front bumper to a full one but most likely aluminum, some day in the not so near future. I think the next big purchase will be a re-gear to get some low end power back in the truck with the weight I carry.

Just picked it up this week. Happy to be in the club. What an incredible vehicle we have the privilege to own and drive. 3" lift on 285/70R17 KO2s. Lovin it! 20180822_145300.jpg

Any suggestions/advice on tire pressure for 285/70R17s load range C for perfect tread-wear? I'm running 35 on mine and don't want to ruin them prematurely.

Chalk test it to find the right psi for your truck. If you don't know what that is Google it.

What’s everyone running for a spare tire besides the guys with bed and bumper mounted spares.

I’m aware of mods needed to cram a 285/70R17 in stock spare location. Just a lot of salt mud and rock rash up north so wouldn’t want to have a brand new SCS wheel under there. Have found many used 285s locally and was going to put one on the stock rim but that would rub the front UCA if I flew out a front tire?

I have 285/75/16 with a 3 inch spacer up front with total chaos UCA and two inch block in the back. My rims are method nv with BFG ko2 I went cheap just to get a lift and the tires I want but plan on saving for some Fox 2.5s

What’s your caster set to and what bump stops are you running?

Stock bump stops. First shop set it to almost 6 and it drove like crap on the highway, it was actually kinda scary to drive with the caster that high. After a second alignment by a shop that actually knows what they are doing the caster is a little over 3.

I’m at 3.5 with wheelers super bumps and a similar lift(cmc and plastic trim). I can get it to rub even when wheeling. 4.5” back spacing and 0 offset?

I'll have to see how it does when i'm out wheeling. I've only been out once with the new tires so far and that was before the second alignment. I have a wheeling trip planned in a month so I'll see how it does and figure out what else needs to be done.
    Thanks

Do you off road at all or often? If so, I wouldn't recommend it. It it's just for show and you do a majority of street driving, then yes.
