What skid plates are people using? Looking into getting a transmission and transfer skid then a gas tank one down the road. Looking for something decent and doesn't break the bank too much. Looking at RCI right now and so far they seem to be really good for the price. Wanted to see what other people have to say.

    Thanks in advance everyone

Attention various import sellers of knockoff items on eBay,

Your alternative TRD Pro Grill inserts are fantastic. They are one quarter the price, and look just as good as the OEM ones. Well done.

Please consider making a TRD Pro skid plate as well. At one quarter the price of an OEM one, I am positive you will fill a huge amount of orders.

I have three Mobtown skids up front, and just bought a RCI rear differential skid as well. As for sliders, I bought them locally built and bolted on by Shmellmopwho here in So Cal. BTW- Mobtown has a 15% off sale this weekend (code “LABORDAY2018”), and RCI has a 5% off TW member coupon. Use “TW” at checkout.

The need for a steel gas tank skid is debatable- it’s pretty well protected and out of the way, more so than the diffs. Also, consider rerouting your exhast, the crossover part that goes under your transfer case is exposed and is the lowest part of your truck besides the rear differential.
