They stopped taking orders online and everything

That’s unfortunate.

That’s another reason I prefer to go with Brute Force Fab. He only takes half the cost up front as deposit. Then you pay the other half when he is ready to ship.

 

That’s the logical way to do it. Never understood how companies could get away with taking all the money up front. That just gives them no reason to rush since they’re already paid.

 

Even large corporations do milestone payments.

 

Going? Looks like they went under awhile ago and can no longer hide it from their customers.

"Our intention is to right the ship within 45 days and begin taking new contracts to build cash flow..."?

Maybe the above statement means that the intention of the potential investment will provide them with the cash and resources to satisfy the back order and in 45 days begin taking orders again. However, the statement released does not imply anything that benign and that's what's suspicious.
