And they need to change the MFSW button on the left side of the steering wheel!!!

Seriously, totally counter-intuitive! Volume turns up and down so the up/down buttons should be volume and tracks go forward and back thus the left/right buttons should be tracks. I don't know how many times I've reset the damn song thinking I was cranking up the volume.

Oh...and while we're at it, get rid of the navigation lock out when the vehicle is in motion, I shouldn't have to stop on the Side of the highway just to put in a new address for navigation. Especially when my girlfriend can do it from the passenger seat. :frusty:

Used 303 on the fender flares and had the misfortune to catch some fresh DOT paint the next day. Thanks to the fresh coat of protectant , came right off with some more 303 and a microfiber. The fender itself, that took a little work.

Installed yesterday, but I installed Rockauto SR5 bumper caps and Rek-Gen Standard mud guards.

That's some innovative high beams!!! Do you have other pics of either the retrofit/install or with them on at night?

These are amazing. Got any build pics? I was honestly considering doing this but I wasn't sure how feasible it would be, what with aiming the BDs and heat and stuff. I am super interested.

Will get some posted shortly, crappy weather lately. I kind of wish I went white letters out. Mine are 265/70 though.

I use blue painters tape and tape off the black plastic trim. It’s a little time consuming but compared to trying to get the wax residue off the plastic it’s a bargain.

    Great detailing thread

I do the same but just the section I'm working on. If left on too long in the heat wave we're experiencing I worry that glue residue could be left behind.

    Great minds think alike!
