Rent a house and post up about available rooms.
Have rules ready
rent is paid in advance for the month, not near the end.
utilities can either be set or split.
background check is a must.

No one owns a house in San Francisco. You need to be made of gold and kidneys to own property here.

Tons of parties around here. The frats and sororoties have had tons of blowouts around here.

LOL maybe...I got the one from Low Range Offroad, shipped through Trail Gear...not sure who's actual kit it was lol. Honestly they're just thick washers though so anyone could make their own, heck you could make your own diff drop kit just have to source the longer bolts.

 

Nothing wrong with staying out of trouble, maybe Barts way of having fun are other things.

 

To this day, one of the funniest memories in life that I have is when I hid a potato in my roommates bed. The room was dark, he crawled into bed and I hear this "what the...is that...is that... A POTATO????"



god it cracks me up every time I think about it. I didn't fess up to it for almost a week and he was going crazy trying to figure out who did it, he kept it with him and showed it to everyone he thought might have done it to get them to confess.

 

True. I did consider making my own, but for $20 I figured what the hell... Grade 10.9 bolts that long are probably $7 a piece.

 

Subletting is illegal most everywhere...

 

I know of a lot of people here in CA that sublet their rental rooms/houses if they go on vacation for an extended period of time...most landlords will allow it so long as you get their approval first, it's usually stated in the lease if it's allowed or not.


But yeah I think subletting indefinitely to make a profit will probably be frowned upon by most landlords lol. That might be illegal I dunno

 

If its under agreement with the landlord, sure. But what Landlord would be ok with someone else making money off his space for an extended length of time?

 

Twisting the diff forward did not do anything for me. It did nothing for the inside fins on my CVS, so I threw the shit back in the box.

yeah I doubt most would be okay with that unless you had a unique relationship with your landlord. I think most are okay though if you have to go abroad for a few months and need to sublet to avoid paying for a room you aren't using, but have to run it by them and make sure they're okay with it

 

I can see that it didn't do what you *expected* it to do, but it didn't do "nothing".

 

Do anyone know which cat back exhaust dumps right after the axle? I cant rember the mfg.
