    In today's world if you give him shit for taking a shit he can turn around and sue the company for working in a hostile environment or he is harassed or bullied. A guy at work turned me in because I asked him "did you shit your pants?". He actually did . Turns out that he had a medical condition and he would shit himself on a regular basis. I flipped the script on the boss and told him how the hell can you jeopardize my health by making me work with a guy that shits himself in a inclosed area? Does he have hepatitis or any disease that could be transmitted by fecalcal matter? Do you sanitize the seat or work are after he shits himself? The answer to all that was "NO" . They back peddled and said sorry to inconvenience you today . About four months later he shit himself at the away from home hotel in bed . Flipped the mattress and didn't tell anyone . They shit canned him the next week.
