You're a fitter? Not gonna ask who for if you dont want to.

Which carpet? The area rugs? The runners? Or the bedrooms? The one that really gets me is the pink one in the master bedroom! Lol

That doesn't sound like a good thing. Waiting for a day and 1/2 for a ride would drive me nuts. Time for the boat motor mod?

Absolutely. I’m Union now that I’m out of the army and my benefits are a thousand times better than most people I know who went to college. I finished a degree in the army and still just couldn’t bring myself to do desk work

The annuity that I get is huge. Between that and not paying anything for healthcare it was basically a no brainer. But the money is great too when it’s famine. Right now it’s not unheard of for guys to come right out at 18-20 yrs old making six figures to start.

yeah exactly. i got out of grad school and my peers got agency jobs making 35-40k/per year. i couldn't do it

don't get me wrong, my graduate degree is definitely helpful in my line of work and probably helped me get the job

Wow, I'm out for a few hours and look, @DoubleRGirl is back. To what do we owe the honor? Need someone to push the Taco out of the garage so it doesn't get the rickets?

I find that so frustrating. My wife has two degrees and has never made what I felt she deserved. Every position she wanted to move into required a grad degree which meant more money and time spent for very little reward on the salary aspect. It turned out to just not even be woth it in the end.

If that Zillow estimate is accurate, that’s a lot less money than I thought it would be at 6,800 sq ft and 7 acres.
