Sweeet! It’s pretty low key out here right now. Drove out on south beach today, maybe 2 dozen cars total across the entire thing

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
 And not even close to what I believe was the asking price. I don't actually know what they closed for but I think his asking price was close to 2.5m

Public school district benefits are awesome...the salary is less than what I could get in the private sector, but the benefits make up for any shortcomings there. And even that isn't really that bad at this point. I got an offer from elsewhere more-or-less matched this year which helped a lot.

I used to dogsit for these people. It's pretty much my dream house. They keep trying to sell it, last I heard they want a house on a lake instead. It's a summer home for them, though I think they stayed in the winter one year.

I did learn some things from it. For instance, every single light is on a dimmer--outside and inside. You wouldn't realize how great that is until you experience it so I've been swapping mine little by little.

Note the two oil fills in the first picture--that's because the driveway is so steep that an oil truck probably wouldn't make it up on many winter days, so it gives a reserve until one can.

Yea, just seems like "machinist unions" aren't for precision manufacturing machinists, more for assemblers and such. Need to look into it more

I knew it! Definitely no class for you monday though

Well, assuming a co-efficient of drag of zero for the snow/ice that simplifies the calculation...

That looks delicious! I’ll have to see if they have it at our local craft store. @demo243 very generously dropped by some ten fidy when he picked up a light bar and it is a great imperial.

I’m a fan of most of the evil twin “break” beers as well. There’s a new(ish) brewery in Worcester that does solely imperials called “greater good” and I haven’t had a bad beer from them.
