    Yes that is true.
if you have unlimited you can keep it.
New customers or lines are subject to the cheesy 2GB limit

    3G jailbroken is not slow.
What really kills the speed is the theme, background, and different icons.
I had the 3G without anything themes and the speed hit was barely noticiable

He can be the only one on his network, but because they're are other networks in the same area operating on probably the same channels, you get interference between the networks causing poor performance.

X2 - Same thing here although lately i've noticed some lag, but no matter new phone on the 24th!

If you have any unlimited data plan already you will not have to switch to the limited plans. Only new customers and those who want to have the tethering as an option. I for one will be going with the unlimited plan. You can look it up on there website.

My wife and I both have unlimited plans. Will our bill stay the same or can we now have just unlimited on one phone and have it work for both since were on a family plan?

I have to disagree with that. Nokia has been pumping out smart phones or a while.

Nokia 9X and 9XX series is far more advanced than the iphone.
One of the reasons why you won't find this phone subsidized is because it is CDMA and GSM based. Too much risk for companies to subsidize it then have the customer cancel and take it to another carrier contract free.
The nokia 900 is a sweet little device, unfortuantely very unpopular and unsibsidized.

No, each phone must have their own data plan. You can only share unlimited text for all lines instead of a plan for each line which is $30 per month.

You have to currently have a iphone and unlimited data. Any new iphone that is added to the account now if not previously on the account is subject to the new data plans.

Existing customer with iphone= unlimited data
existing customer with 3gs upgrading to new iphone 4= unlimited data
new customer or line added to existing account with new iphone= new data plan of 2gb.

Nokia still exists these days??

I agree. My wife has a 3GS and it's great. I'm gonna upgrade because I have a 3G and it's slow compared to my wifes 3GS. I can't multiple task on my 3G but you will be able to on your 3GS.

    Cheers.

i hate that my "new" 3GS is now out dated. why? money. that is dumb. why not make this into one product in the beginning instead of screwing the people that cant/wont buy the new version for 500 every june.
