2016 TRD OR Suspension HELP

Hi, I am having a tough time figuring out a problem with my front suspension knocking, my dealer is of absolutely no help. My suspension seem to knock (maybe bottom?) super easily over speed dips/bumps (more so on lowered dips than raised bumps) at low speeds of ONLY 2-5 MPH! A little background... I have a 2016 TRD OR CPO with 32k miles. I've had it for about 5k miles. No real off road driving, an occasional gravel road here and there.

The dealer first said they hadn't seen it before, then said they can't replicate the sound (BS) and even with videos they can't figure out where or what it is. Looking for any insight from you experts as to what it might be. It should all be covered under warranty.

I have considered just swapping suspension if this problem continues and the dealer won't help, its pretty ridiculous to have this happen everyday driving over these speed dips.

I went to the dealer 4 times over 18 months for same problem with same model truck as you.Yes this is a city cruiser truck. Called corporate they got a case # going as they had the truck for 5 days and put 50 miles on truck going back and forth to set of series of dips where it would amplify noise. Turned out it was from upper mounts/bushings on front shocks.Solved. They also gave me a platinum for the trouble N/C. No more noise, same pop on metal slap/pop as video. If you need part #s replaced dm.
