Our order is 3 months late currently. They’re not answering the lines. I’m moving. Maybe you’re cool with your money being tied up, but I’m not. I understand their business is going through a bad time, and it’s irresponsible at best for them to accept payments for things knowing they can’t fill that commitment in a reasonable timeframe.

 

i called about a change because a skid broke. They said the pallet was going to be a few more weeks because ‘items were nearly ready.’

Every company accepts money prior to shipping a product. Sorry you're not the only person on earth trying to buy something from them and their business and personal life doesnt revolve around you and your personal life. Everyone is waiting on some stuff from them. They are behind. I'm not disputing that. But if they took your money they damn well will make good on it. May be longer than expected which sucks but shit happens. If you dont like it then file a claim with PayPal or your cc and go shop at all pro then. I'm sure you will like their stuff....

I’m EAOSing and not only wanted the skids prior to being back east in the mountains, but also for the grouped shipping. Won’t get that now, and it’ll be even higher cost to me at an unknown date because it’ll get trucked to Pittsburgh.

 

Idk about every1 else but i %100 agree with Kyle. Fuck that noise give um back the money that simple.

 

They should offer a refund especially if its back 3 months past expected date. But then again if no one can get a hold of them then that a different story. Seems as if theyre buying time.

 

The level of .. fun .. I’m having getting my sep paperwork and everything done is stressful enough, and this is just another fun thing I get to deal with as there’s no way I could get these on my truck prior to moving or in my HHG.

I honestly was cool with giving them a few more weeks when I spoke to their operator last Friday. There was zero indication of a even more prolonged wait when I spoke to her, at least nothing that seemed terribly unreasonable given the current delay. I was given an updated invoice, I paid, and now they’re unavailable to customers. I’ve already filed a claim.

 

Well I guess the real question is, as a group, what are we going to do?

Our GB items was most likely done building. I know mine was cause they sent me a shipping invoice solely but I wasn't about to pay full price on shipping. I guess they forgot I was on this GB so I corrected them and they made good of it. On previous updates posted by @Pelfreybilt they were waiting on a few items for powder coating before they could ship out. Now picture this LOL. If NO ONE got powder coating done OUR GB would've or more then likely been on a ship already headed towards us given the time of the last update before their present problem now. But I guess looking PRETTY to everyone else matters more then FUNCTION. I mean sheeesh this is an offroading group your shit is gonna get scratched up dented up and what ever else the fuck is goin to happen to it, so then just grab a rattle can a spray the fuck away and fix...…. viola LOL.

Like everyone else the thought of losing money is a shitty feeling I know 1st hand about that cause it happened to me in the past. All I can say is hope for the best and try give @Pelfreybilt a chance to right themselves cause by the looks of it they are trying and they seem to be good peeps. Looks like they just got in over their head by taking too much orders they probably couldn't handle which is bad company practice but O"well live and learn and in Hawaii's term "bumby u learn" LOL "mo bettah makee baby time" ROFL.

Damn I wrote a novel LOL. Well guys this is just my .02$ and hope I didn't stir anything up. As for @Pelfreybilt I sure hope everything gets better and works out cause I still want my bumper LOL.
