When she bought the CRV 10 years ago she kept putting the payments in the bank after we paid it off and saved $35k toward the new one so paying cash was not so painful. Did the same with mine so blowing $84k on cars in 2 weeks actually only cost about $10k out of pocket.

 

So true. My wife and I celebrated 20 years of togetherness this month. It's not always easy but we just try to remember we are on the same team.

What Acura dealership did you go to? We got our rdx from bellevue back in '14 and will probably upgrade to an MDX in a few years when the kids are older. Pretty good experience and they gave us a good price off the bat but I think I could have done better elsewhere if I really tried, like with my truck.

 

Hinshaws in fife. They sold 4 other rdx’s While we were there and nothing else.
So far Kris loves it!
2019 is a ground up new car with no relation to the CRV. Turbo 4 is amazing 280 torque at 1600 rpm till 4500. Feels like a tiny v8.
