I'll let em sit for a couple weeks.
hopefully I'll have enough peppers for a few more jars by the end of growing season.
    They don't last very long.

That looks delicious. A girl friend of ours tossed in mini baby carrots, as in micro carrots. They we're sponges. Nukes of spcieyness. So good

I really like Greater Good. My local package store usually has 2-3 of theirs and when they don't, the tap room is 20 minutes away from home.

Any one else lucky enough to be at work on this absolutely gorgeous day? I was camping the last two weekends, so I drew the short straw to cover today.

Just college for me. 4 years was enough. In my previous specialization (geotech engineering) I would have really needed a master's to advance past a point. My newish (last 8years) specialization, Transmission line engineering, I don't which is nice. I did not want to do another 2-4 years of school that's for sure

I miss field work, but I don't miss working Saturdays. I'll take less money to have my Saturdays and not work 100 hours a week anymore.

Instead my work on Saturday mornings is fitness so I don't die @40 from a heart attack like just about everyone in both sides of my family. Did 5 rounds: 0.5 mile run, 5 rope climbs to 20', 50 push-ups. Good times, the beach pump was real.

I've been toying with getting out of a van. Family would love it... bank accounts, not so much. Trying to set ourselves up for a nice retirement.

Less stress would be nice though

So much adulting in this thread! Sadly, I'm a victim of it too :annoyed:

Paying off student loan debts and hopefully buying a house next year. Pretty much always getting screwed. 8 years too late for cheaper education. And interest rates are on the rise for home mortgages. Good times.
