Obviously not. Why delete everything because a few didn't know about the brand or willing to spend money on something. Post it up and let it roll. If they don't like it they can move on. Fuck em.

I don't delete anything, let their butthurt flow.

It’s was an obvious attempt to push a product and not a real review. OP was called out on it and decided to delete it.

So what was the brand and model? I'm interested?

All I carry as of right now is a 19mm ratcheting box wrench and a medium sized adjustable crescent. Lol

Not at all, I just regretted throwing my personal experience and opinion out there to be trashed and I was unable to figure out how to fully delete it. Thanks for giving me the benefit of the doubt tho.

...and how the fuck can I just delete the whole post? Especially if I have to worry about jackholes jumping to conclusions like a teenage girl at her first prom.

Instead of crying about us doubting your post, try explaining your original post. What exactly is so special about that $300 tool kit that makes it "Hands down, BEST GP Mechanics Toolset to keep on board!". I mean what your background to be a tool expert? What makes this kit better then Craftsman, Snap On, Matco etc, Cresent or any other brand that makes kits? Have you even used them?

My original intention was to accomplish exactly that. I searched and searched for literally months for a solid, all metric, emergency toolkit that would tuck behind the seat and had channel locks (or a crescent wrench, I looked into 'Crescent' tools), a pair of needlenose, and some basic metric box wrenches and sockets. That set was the ONLY set I found that fit all those criteria. Either the other ones I found wouldn't fit behind the rear seat, had a bunch of useless SAE sockets left over because the toolmaker is too cheap to toss the dies, all they had were sockets, or they were so cheap as to be laughable. I made a post about this set after I laid hands on the toolset and promptly didn't think much more about it until I suddenly see that folks seem more focused on attacking and critiquing then simply saying "Huh, that's a shitload of money for a toolset, either this guy is pushing a product, or he's legit...but until I know better, I'll ask around about it and do some of my own research. Regardless, maybe its worth a looky-loo."

"Craftsman"?! Please dude, those assholes at Sears have been padding their kits with useless SAE crap for years as pure marketing scam. Great build quality, but the SAE garbage makes most of the portable kits a waste.

Nothing against you man, but if you read some of the posts here by some people "claiming" to know stuff, you would be skittish too. You could be a poser or Tim the Toolman Taylor. Good luck man and stick around.

Your post is only a disservice against yourself.

Should have just left the post and let people discuss. Instead the attention has shifted squarely on you.

Welcome to TW. I recommend some thicker skin.
