so i was just geting back from work up in LA im tired and starting to drift a sleep while driving so i said thats enough i need some sleep it was 12:30 pm i was on the i-5 south, right after the san clemente truck weighing station, theirs a place called view point its a small rest area over looking the beach i got there and thire was a chp and a mini limo and a BMW parked i walk outside to smoke a cig before talking a nap, right when i turn my cig out and go to my back seat to get my sweater ( the chp had left and also the mini limo by then) the guy from the BMW walks outside and starts smoking a cig he come up to me and sais hi by this time i thought it was regular guy just walking around enjoying a cig, so politely i say hi and we start talking he starts asking me a bunch of questions on my daily commute on the i-5 and i start making up stuff to keep him uninformed, right when i was about to tell him i was going to go inside my truck he reaches his hand out and tells me "i didn't get your name" so i say im tim and wee shake hands i started walking inside my truck and he stoped me and closed me off between my door and my front fender and he tells me
hey tim have you ever fooled around with guys? i was shoked and told him no i wasnt into that, im 18 years old but look like im 16-17 he was about 50 or so white hair tall and wearing a half hat, anyways he starts geting closer to me and starts insisting me he is great giving oral by that time i was pissed and teling him to get away i wasnt interested, wen i told him hey you know what im leaving, he trys to reach between my legs and grab me i punched his hand out of the way and punched him square in the face as hard as i could tryng to knock him out but i didnt, i just hurt him bad enough for him to tumble to the ground and he was screaming by then "you mother (*^%^ " im going to kill you wile tryng to stand up he was bleeding all over the place i reached inside my truck to grab my pry bar and when i came out he was leaning against my truck sobbing with blood all over his face he charged towards me but i just moved and he stumbled again by that time i was ready to fully defend my self but decided it was better to just leave, i got in my truck and he was trying to chase me by foot while i was leaving the rest area my adrenalin kept me awake the rest of the way home. i was going to file a police report but didn't know if what i had done was wrong so i decided not too im not trying do judge People but when they try to take advantage of me or try to forcefully make me do something that's it.

just be careful and don't make the stupid mistake of going to that rest stop alone you never know if they have a gun or a knife.

You could have called the cops they would have thrown him in jail. Really you where just defending yourself. There is no way you could have got in trouble for that.

    back to bone stock.
1st - i am not a homophobe. to each their own. but the second that fool touched you, game on! you did the right thing defending yourself. i would have stomped his nuts, used the pry bar to (not so gently) remove his license plate to give to the cops.

honestly, first priority would have been to leave..sucks he didnt get busted by the cops.

I NEVER STOP AT REST areas. not alone. scary.

Thanks Derek, because of you, that man mistaken him for you. Now I know why you're a CHARGERS fan.

Couple things that went wrong in your Situation.

    1. Change your look. You looked "Ghay" to him.
    2. Hit the gym. You should have knocked him out on that first swing.
    3. Why stop @ one punch if he is yelling to kill you?:(

    4. I'm kidding as I'm more than likely to do "NO" better than you. :D

I'm sorry to hear about this but you know REST STOPS are known for Un-Manly Events. "SOMETHING ABOUT MARY?"

Damn, I'm glad you are OK!

I probably would have done the same thing, except the smoking part. lol

It seems like you can't trust anyone anymore, especially here is CA.
Who knows what he would have done to you, could have been a serial killer.

I'm always on point when stopping at rest stops. Even more so when traveling with my girlfriend. (when she has to pee, i better stop...you guys know how it goes!). I don't let her out of my sight while stopped. You never know what might happen.

Good job for deckin him in the face.
