An unusually high amount of pinstriping.
Yah, can’t complain about the smoke. It’s light years ahead of my old smoker for holding temperature. I’m hoping it will take 16ish hours. It hit the stall a little while ago so we will see.

No bargains on Weber’s at my Lowe’s. Kettles were not marked down at all, which is what I would have brought home in addition to the coal. I got two bags of the royal oak hardwood briquettes to try as well, 2 for $8.

As promised, here is my tiny ham. Just mopped, then added the BS and PF on top for more crunch.

Great color on this hog. Is this a domestic or wild hog?

Hey guys I'm not really into smoking, but my dad does some occasional.
I was at the local ace hardware and have some of the newer green eggs. I guess it can do pretty much anything, grill, smoke, bake etc.
Was thinking about getting him a small one since he pretty much cooks for one.

Anyone try these? Are they worth the premium price they are asking? I probably would get the smaller one, but pic below.
