I can probably run gas lines too.

Doesn’t mean I’m going to do it.

Running gas lines is something I will leave to the professionals.

Just because you can, doesn’t mean you should.

That’s just me. I know it’s a simple process but I would rather have a plumber do it.

Same thing goes for plumbing. If I had a sewer issue which required digging several feet into the ground and replacing a length of pipe, I’m having a plumber do that. Sure I am capable of doing it, but I would rather have a professional do it for piece of mind.

Same goes for wiring a 240v outlet. Incredibly simple to do, but I hired an electrician to do it for me.

    True.

But many can, but can't do it for legal reasons.

    I don’t think it’s a “super complex rocket scientist’s task”.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I know running gas lines is a simple task, but that’s something I am not willing to do.

That’s different. I wouldn’t have to deal with raw sewage getting all over me with lawn irrigation.

Plus my sewer main is several feet down compared to the 8” Standard Pacific decided to bury the terrible Class 200 pipe. :luvya:

    its more like

    - shut off gas
    - locate and disconnect a valve
    - lube and add T
    - lube and reconnect valve
    - lube and run hard line to location
    - lube and add new valve
    - turn on gas and check for leaks

The hard part will be running the gas lines safely to the new location.

I thought it was pretty cool at the time. That was in 1999. I had just finished a LS/VTEC conversion on it & installed Tanabe coilovers.

I wouldn't know, didn't watch the link you posted & don't know anything about Fast & Furious. I've never seen any of them, just a few clips of the first one. That shit is so stupid & corny.

I got out of imports (or tuners, sport compacts, & rice rockets as they call them now) when it all started getting out of hand. I sold my second Integra in 2004. People with their crazy unpainted body kits, putting on headlights & taillights from different cars, etc. We had a name for all those people, jive turkeys.
