Thanks buddy! It is all clear now! I'll tell the guy that I don't want negative camber in the truck. He has many years in this business!

Guys, How can I bleed now the brake system after the spindle installation? I have done this procedure several times with old vehicles, but never with these damn trucks with ABS, VCS and all that shit. I really want to avoid going to the dealer. :(

Is your truck an OR, Sport, or SR5?

To be honest, and I'm not telling you what to do, but you'd be doing yourself a favor if you did some research on alignments and really understood how toe, camber, and caster all relate to and effect one another, and how the adjustments of each will affect your handling.

I spent several years going by the 0,0,3 recommendation, and while it's a good baseline to start off with, I was never truly happy with the ride or handling of my truck until I made a concerted effort to understand the effect and nuances of alignments for mmyself. I'll be completely honest, I'm still learning, double-checking myself to verify what I think I've learned. It's a lot more complicated than it seems. The benefit though is the handling of my Tacoma is the best it's ever been.

    As always, YMMV though.

I should have asked this already; do you have VSC?

Here is the Toyota FSM for the brake bleeding procedure for Tacomas with VSC:

Start with the rear passenger and then bleed the rear driver, front passenger, and front driver's side in that order. I'm not going to pretend it isn't a pain in the ass, because it definitely can be. Buy a lot of brake fluid. If you can, buy one of those Mittyvac speed bleeder kits. They make life a hell of a lot easier.

Whatever you do, do NOT let your brake fluid reservoir go completely empty. If that happens, you'll be taking your truck to your local dealership or mechanic that has access to Techstream, as that software is required to manually actuate the ABS module to bleed the air out of it.

Wow! This is great info, man! Thanks a bunch brother! So as I just replaced the short lines for the longest one, I only have to bleed the system as a regular vehicle. No master cylinder solenoid bleeding or weird shit is needed. Fuck yeah!

To be honest, brake bleeding/fluid flushes is one of those things I'm not entirely opposed to letting the dealership handle. It really can be a pain in the neck and the dealership can knock out the process in about a hour.

Or do what I did and pony up the $500 for the Mongoose cable and pay for temporary Techstream licensing and do everything the dealership would do yourself. The initial cost is ridiculously expensive but bleed your brakes a couple of times and the cable will have paid for itself through savings. Brake bleeding is also much easier. It's literally simple as turning a wrench and pressing a button.

Yeah, you may be right! But the truck is only 40000 miles and I don't have the best economy in the world right now, so, I have to do it myself. LOL The fluid has great color, it's not dark or smelly and I just changed the lines to do the Maxtrax installation. I didn't fuck with anything else. Still I have to spend money in the Alignment, rear shocks and... start saving for bigger tires. :)

OK, I just bleed the brake lines and everything was good. I went for a test ride and I realized that my steering is not longer the same. It was a little hard and with almost 0 return. Is that a normal thing on these kind of spindle lifts or it's just because the truck need a good alignment now?

Of course you need an alignment lol..

You can’t do such a drastic change and not expect to do an alignment

Of course I know that I need an alignment. I have an appointment for Tuesday. I was just asking if the steering problem is due to the bad alignment right now or another issue. :)

It's due to alignment most likely
