    Yeah.....:(
Sounds like a domestic issue that is spilling over into the business.

Uggh...Decided it was a good day to go for my brakes...The cotter pin in the little brake pad pin on the lower right in the pic snapped and won't come out. I think I might have to dremmel it. I have 100% replacement parts for all the stuff but what a pain in the ass. I'm sure I'll have to cut the main pins too as they were stuck like hell on the right side when I checked them out.

Sounds like the talent was there but the business management was severely lacking. Lots of small businesses seem suffer from that. Businesses are much more likely to go under getting bigger than downsizing.

That's exactly what I was thinking. Tried to expand too much, too quickly

Should have known when there were no instructions included. Hopefully this can be resolved with a simple solution.

Last I saw was they posted on FB they were going through personal issues and impacting their business . I just went to the thread to see if there were any other updates, but that thread has gone so far off topic. I couldn’t see if pelfreybilt actually posted anything in there?

This may sound crazy but how do I drill it out? I cut it in half with the dremmel and I can't get it to budge even with the caliper spreader.

I love my new truck but miss my Tacoma
Cut the pin (inside) as close to the caliper as possible. Then cut off the head of the pin as close as you can without hitting the caliper, then drill the pin out. Make sure to use caliper grease when reassembling

Did you try cracking the bleeder to make sure you’re not fighting pressure from the brake cylinder?

Jealous. Been up since quarter of five with my two cherubs. If I sipped a little bourbon on the rocks I’d be asleep by 730.

That was all set because I popped the cap on the reservoir and pushed the pads back with the spreader...the pads could wiggle in and out freely...I said screw this and drove to auto zone for a new caliper. I already have a brand new right one to put on so wtf just replace the left and use the right grease on the pins and save myself the waste of time next time...

And now let's pray the caliper bolts will budge :)
