Have you checked your coil packs? I know I had a few that were cracked and every time I got the engine wet it would cause the engine to shake violently. I know you're not getting it wet but that was a cause of mine shaking.

Oh and that cool straight frame I had? Well I tweaked that too.

Looks like something beefier is in order.

How do I go about inspecting them? I don’t think they’ve ever been replaced.

Its a small bolt that holds the coil pack on but thats shouldn’t effect anything unless the boot isn’t on the plug right

If it's on your 2.7l...I don't know the first thing about them lol. But at least on the 3.4 you just undo the clip on it and take off one bolt and pull it out. You'll be able to see any cracks on them.

I think my best options are thicker tube, with a far better nlunting system to the frame, or the same tube I’m using (.120 wall), but more of it.

Might just replace them outright. I’m pretty sure they’re original.

I’m about to rollover to 100,000. I’m at around 99k right now.

Boxed frame? Nope. Didn’t see that. Should’ve known though as when I tightened the bolts it sucks in the frame.

Now to come up with a rock solid solution....
