Well came in expecting a loss so I'm happy with that W. Got a lot to work on still. Still looking like a lower caliber team in the SEC West.

But a&m tho??? This is definately the easiest schedule bama has had in years and I dont think they will be able to sweet talk their way in with 1 regular season loss due to that fact, but hopefully that won't matter roll tide

 

Sec west is the only division undeated... Better enjoy these next few days I guess haha

I was about to post this, myself.

 

I’m watching Tar Heels loss highlights and came away with two things- their new QB throws high a lot and didn’t realize until now that a DB draped all over a receiver isn’t called interference if the ball is intercepted (watch first interception, so blatant and reason ball was intercepted).

Serious about second comment, I can’t recall a single time a pick is called back for pass interference.

 

Both have a right to the ball. I’ve seen picks called back do to defensive holding or pass interference prior to the ball being catchable. One play comes to mind a few years ago when Notre Dame against Syracuse the one linebacker (called for PI) went and picked play the slot receiver on a slant and the safety came up and got the INT. I was pretty pissed about it. Lol

 

I understand fair rights to ball, this instance definitely not an issue- DB’s back arm wrapped around receiver and right shoulder in receiver’s helmet as right hand extending to try make contact with the ball (never touched it, was a well placed ball).
