What to do with the OR grill?

i installed the trd faux grill a while back and my OR grill is collecting dust. tried selling it, no takers. ive even tried giving it away, no takers. i hate to throw it away, but if its meant to be garbage, who am i to challenge fate.

has anyone reourposed the grill? lets see some of your creative ideas.

 

I have my oem sport grill tht I plastidipped as well as the entire front bumper facade sitting in my garage. I was thinking of making them into a garage light fixture.... but its been too damned hot to work on it in the garage.

 

Save it for when you go to sell the truck.

 

could be wrong, i think i remember someone using the grill is truck bed divider.

 

Yep. Keep all the stock parts in case of resale some day.

 

Mine is sitting in a box, same problem. May just mount it on my garage wall for the hell of it!

 

this is also why its hard for me to throw any car parts away. i still have 07altima parts in the garage. i havent had the altima for a couple years.

 

Ditch (or sell) the Altima parts, keep the Taco parts.

 

Too bad you’re in AZ. I like my OR grill that I dipped. Would like to try some other finishes on a spare one.

 

other than the pro grill, i thought the OR grill plstidipped was the best looking grill for tacomas. i didnt care for any of the aftermarket grills.

 

if you take care of shipping and whatever i need to pack the grill, ill ship it your way for free.

 

I hate keeping crap in the garage. I chucked mine in the trash. It is only plastic.

 

My dog can get on my old sofa in the family room but not the new sofa in the living room. Put my Sport grille in the Pro Grille box and set it on the new sofa.
1. Sport Grille has a new purpose.
2. Dog stays off the new sofa.
3. Guests may lean Pro Grille box against the wall to sit on new sofa if they choose.

 

If you don’t like the Badgers, you could make a great GIF or Youtuber moment by bringing it to a game and grating your opponents’ cheesehead hats on it!

 

RECYCLE REDUCE REUSE

 

I gave it to an SR owner that already has OR wheels.

Not sure what he did with it as he's still running his SR grill.

 

I put my stock '17 TRD Sport grill on craigslist and got $60 for it, took about a week to sell. Better than throwing it in the trash!

 

If anybody has 17’ offroad grill (chrome) ill take it. Truck is super white. Mine is cracked to shit

 

pay for shipping and packaging and ill send it to you for free.
