    Dipping into my growler of Brut66 from Wandering Star Brewery.
    Very drinkable. :drunk:

    From their FB page:
    "This weekend we're debuting our new extra-dry IPA, "Brut 66"! Brut is a new sub-style of IPA,originating in 2017 in San Francisco, that uses a brewing enzyme to convert all the grain starches into fermentable sugars. Our version is an extra-pale, bone-dry and sparkling clear beer with zero bitterness and vinous, complex flavors from copious dry-hop additions of Amarillo and El Dorado. It's incredibly more-ish and very reminiscent of everyone's favorite fizzy celebration drink - but you can drink pints of it! We're open Saturday and Sunday from 12-5 - come get your kicks!"

    Here's my Tropic King clone brewed a week ago last Friday. Fermented with bottle harvested yeast from Funkwerks Saison. It clocks in at 8% ABV and is nice and fruity. The clove is pretty muted right now, but should come out once the yeast drops. I'll give it a couple weeks to clear up a bit and then do a side by side with the real deal to see how it compares...
