how much you spending on tints? and how dark are you going? and where you getting them done at? I am seriously considering doing that sometime soon

 

Lol I know Diaz Plus in Sterling does tint. Not sure what they charge though. That's where I got my truck wrapped.

 

I got mine done for 80 or 90 in Arlington at sonic sound, solid job, I think it took like 45 minutes or so.

 

Ive called a few places near me and it seems like its all going to be 150-250 for the whole truck

 

I should probably note that I only did fronts. I think they will do whatever percent you want with no issue. I did 30% I think

Yikes! That's a bit more than I want to spend for tint.

 

Hm. 150 seems about right. 250 is steep. Call tim from contour tinting in chantilly. he does a fantastic job. Id go 20% or darker imo. My truck is 20, my van is 5.

 

5% on a van? That sounds a bit rapey.

 

Yeah you can get 50% up front and whatever on the back. Unless you get that sun shading bs from the DMV then you can have 35% up front. Idk if its worth the work to get sun shade paperwork so I dont have to deal with it if i get pulled over or not.

 

I’ve got a guy for that too. SUPER cool guy and I wanna say my front two windows were $75? We could probably get the same thing going like I did for alignments where we all go there and get a discount lol
