    Something I've done since my BMW bike days (Ride a Harley now ... still do this) ... whenever I work on one of my rides, I use the tool box/bag I will carry with me. If I run into a tool I need, I evaluate if it's a tool I might need while away from home. If it's something that I won't use in the woods or along side the road, It doesn't get added to the box/bag. If I might need it, it does make it to the box/bag. It's amazing how many times that box/bag has saved me or a friend from being stranded.

    I have a box for the truck and 4-9x12" bank bags that fit in the bottom of the saddle bags. Everything I thin I might need on the road.

    Is there a free or cheap downloadable Toyota Factory Service Manual for Gen 2 trucks? The hard copy is stupid expensive, like $500 or so.

    A 17mm crow's foot is needed to torque the nut that holds the strut assembly together to the required 20 ft pounds. 17mm is the size needed for the Bilstein 4600 that comes stock on the TRD Sport, if you install other struts they may be a different size. The Bilstein 5100 is 19mm.

    A crow's foot is also needed to torque the rear shocks. I think it's also 17mm.

    Great thread. Only thing I don’t see here is keeping a swear jar in your kit to use while trying to get those hard to reach bolts/nuts off.
