I made one from the fabric type bug screen. I put velcro pieces along the top and sides, leaving spaces where the hinges and struts are. My shell is carpeted, so the velcro sticks to that.

It covers the entire opening, but I tuck the bottom between the mattress and sleeping platform, or between the mattress and tailgate if I close the tailgate.

Thanks man! Comes with the shroud, not sure how easy it would be to remove it and swap it with the color matched one though, I've never tried.

Love the pics man. Looks like an awesome trip. What kayak racks are those? Any special mounting hardware required to the mount to the prinsu?

Appreciate that! No where i'd rather be on my B-Day than the mountains, people tried two years in a row to have a party for me but I'm not having it, rather be camping.. lol
They are Swagman racks, same hardware the racks came with, just utilizing the Prinsu rack in such a way that the hardware will be reversed with the "nuts" facing up like these photos.

Appalachian trail pics don't compare?? Don't believe that.. lol Thanks! But you're right, not much compares to the beauty of the rockies.
We're crazy about Maple Syrup!!! It's in our blood! Next time you have bacon, drizzle some on...
