Sorry I should have specified 3rd gen. From what I'm reading elsewhere, 2nd gen is an inch lower than 3rd.

 

ISO 3rd gen TRD OR factory coilovers and rear shocks.

 

I'm sorry, I couldn't tell you exactly what the ride height is on a third gen. There are a variety of factors that could increase ride height from travel length of the shocks to something as simple as tire sizes. There are a lot of scientists here on Tacomaworld that would be able to give you the specifics you're looking for. As for mine, they came off my 2012.

Friend of mine has a brand new TJM air locker for a 1st gen with compressor and everything needed to install. He bought it for his taco but married life happened and the Tacoma was sold.

He’s been sitting on this for a while so I’m pretty positive you could get it for a steal. If you’re interested pm me and I’ll get you in touch with him.

He’s in the Asheville, NC area

 

I’ve still got a HC rear sitting in the way at Eddy’s shop if anybody is interested. I picked it up used and previous owner didn’t coat the inside so there’s some rust that’ll need to be cleaned up with a wirewheel, sandblaster, etc.
