I park right next to a tundra in my apartment building. Length isn't much of a difference. I bet DCLB is probably exactly the same. Same headroom assuming you dont have the sunroof. I only got tacoma cause it came in MT and dealer gave me a better rate than vs the tundra. can't beat the v8 vs v6 though. I just put 285's on and definitely feel more sluggish. Also I am 6'4" with a 33" inseam, so long torso, and I felt the headroom between the two were identical.

There are many great people on this forum.

In time, you will figure out who is who.

Go check out a regional thread, or one of the off topic threads.

Seems like you have a sense of humour, that will carry you far on this forum.

    Cheers

Lol, we’re not trying to be erected penises here. But! You ask us to convince you to buy a Tacoma from a new and pristine tundra. Honestly, why would you? If it’s to lower payments, ok. If it’s because you want something smaller, ok. But you didn’t specify anything to us, so to us, it’s like your flexing your testosterone molecules from your saliva saying ... “eat this”! Convince us otherwise.

I’m 6’7 and fit in my access cab Tacoma. But a Tacoma will Be better for trails for sure. Tundras are just so massive

I don’t notice a problem with headroom at all in my taco. I’m 6’7 with a 38 inch inseam. I fit just fine in a Tacoma

    I’m lazy searching

Does the Tundra come in 5’ and 6’ and 8’ beds?

Pretty much identical stats. I would definitely get the non-sunroof and MT as well.

I'll have to go test drive another. I drove a 2017 Tacoma when looking at trucks, but they only had sunroof models, and I literally did not fit in the truck with a sunroof.

Got it guys! Not trying to flex on you. Looking for lower payments, and a better quality of life (law school student loans are a pain) while being able to take my truck with the girlfriend and dog on a trip to the Bay without having to drive in circles looking for parking that fits.

As long as it has pillow tops, it can be any size bed!
Now that makes sense. I would go and test drive drive the Tacoma you’re looking for. Not for 10 minutes, but for an hour to see if it’s right for you. You might find it too small to your liking and the tundra a better fit, but then again, you might fall in love with that MT on the Tacoma. Go check it out!
