Go to the point where he shoots, and set it to play at .25 speed. It is obvious that he jerks his foot back, they cut the video and restart it with his foot back in frame and done up to look bloody. Gun is either loaded with a blank or they added the flash with editing. You can see his foot before it comes back bloody, no mark on his foot, the shoe or the ground.

Failed safety inspection for tint? I don't see anything in the manual addressing tint one way or the other. Tell them to stay in their lane. Sounds like a mechanic who is a dick.
