Sounds like a Lexus/infinity mashup, not a huge fan of it in my opinion. I do like just a tad but of rumble/rasp

Ya. So far I’ve seen two choices.

    1. Raw,raspy, kind of tractor
    2. This!!!

That said, this is Only the beginning. I still have at least 10 other combos I wanna try on Katie’s truck;) Then she needs her truck back and I’ll need a local truck. Any volunteers???

I have a few things up my sleeve to make it deeper and still aggressive sounding, with no tractor sound;)

That said, this exact combo, the one in the videos so far, are done and ready for production...... as long as drone is acceptable. Keep in mind, the stock cats (all 4) are in tact in these videos.

After prototyping is done. And fixtures are built, we will have BEAST MODE!!! With rear cats deleted;)

At that time with or without rear cats I will start manipulating the frequencies. No promises but I suspect many people will be very pleasantly surprised.

I have a way of removing unwanted frequencies. That’s what made BAmufflers so popular in Tundras.

Thank You @KTJO4x4 for talking me into doing this project. I’m having a blast!!!

This has been a lot of fun and I’m stoked to see where this ends up! It has been such an honor to work with you on this project and I think back to that first conversation we had on the phone! I think you originally thought I was crazy! Hahahahaha. You want what!!!!! No but for real, it’s been great and it will only go up from here. I can’t wait!

I'm interested in your ideas for a deep aggressive tone while also getting rid of certian frequencies.

Respect for this gentleman. I'll be checking this thread daily.

Will there be sound clips of your possible configurations?
Rear cat delete, resonators (no or low drone), dual side exit :D

Yessir. As many sound clips as possible.

Tailpipes are today. That tends to be very very time consuming.

From what I have seen you have a great system. I have a few questions though.

I have the URD y-pipe which eliminates the rear cats and the TRD pro cat back which has a nice sound on acceleration but gives me zero drone on the highway. How would your system improve on the performance that I already have? I could get the URD down pipes which eliminate the front cats but I don’t want to deal with the CELs at this time.

Even with equal length pipes there will still be some interference between the leading edges and trailing edges of the exhaust pulses when you have an X pipe. Wouldn’t it be more efficient having dual pipes all the way back? Honest question.

I really like the look of your system and am trying to justify selling what I have to get your system. Since you are the expert I am looking to you to give me some reasons to make this change. Thanks.

Wow. I have always been skeptical spending money on an aftermarket exhaust since I always doubted hp/tq gains, but I may have to do a long road trip to SoCal to save on shipping...
