You’ve never see a locking gas door before? It was standard on all 1995-2000 trucks. Discontinued in 2001.

 

I have a gold locking gas cap door. Needs new lock and some paint. Also I'm getting on a plane to VA Beach on Saturday.

 

The lock doors will work on all models, you just need to change the trim piece behind it too.

Who likes the bugs? I think it’d be fun to build one sometime. I guess this ones been here awhile and needs moved. Someone’s left a note looking to buy it already.



Also, how does a pepper jack grilled cheese sound? Yea or nah?

Pre 1968 Cal Looker bug yes. A baja bug not so much, unless. To me I'd have to start with a 1969 or later with IRS rear and cut the front frame horn off and convert to link pin. The 1966 to 1968 were the worst cars to turn into baja bugs. The ball joint front end and swing axle rear were the worst of both worlds. The car in the pic is a either a 65-66.

Where was this a month ago....

 

I really like 2001-2004 trucks. Far more ergonomic interiors.

My 2004 Double Cab door panels and center console just feel so much more comfortable when using them to rest your arm, store something, etc.

 

$10k, rebuilt title, 200k, gooched front bumper, blown out driver's seat at a used car dealer? The early 2nd gens are getting pretty cheap these days with good titles.
