No problem on the builds, hell they will sell. Especially with custom paint jobs.

I’m just sitting here, laughing at the evolution that happened here today.

Damnit, I wish I was closer to get In on this build.

Same here. Could do a bunch to save on costs and sell others to pay for the rest.

Totally understand that! This little thing is pretty handy though... Double walled and holds the heat.. big enough to hold probably a dozen shoulders (haven't done that many at once yet)

I'm excited to see what all you all come up on these builds! Remember - pics or it didn't happen! Haha

Too funny. I gotta say I would watch it. I like shows where they build things and you get to see the goofy personalities.

My wife always said my old business partner and I should have done one of the flippers shows while we were doing houses. We are both total smart asses and most people don’t seem to expect it from me. I think they just expect me to be the ass part.

    on a side note...

since I trimmed and sealed the brisket last night I decided to do the other except fully season it, then freeze it...

Thought process is as it thaws it'll really pull the seasoning in...

    why do I think that?

    Who the hell knows

But I'mma try it. No way to know really unless I did a second "control" brisket. but just rolling with it.
