So after sifting through tons of threads, I think i know what i want to do with my new truck. let me know if this sounds good or any problems.
-A call to my toyota to get my rear TSB leafs(great info btw)
-OME Suspension lift kit with top spacer, dd and TSB leaf (a 5th leaf i guess)from toytech
-275/70 r17 BFG T/A KOs on my stock sport wheels with Spidertrax Wheel Spacer - 1.25" - 6 on 5.5 (is that correct:confused:)
-Avid Front light bar and sliders
some other ish like sockmonkeys bedside decals, weathertech dig. floor mats.

May take awhile but does the lift/wheel/tire options sound like it will work.
    thanks

not sure, i dont want the tires to rub or interfere with the UCA. I was hoping to see if someone knew.

BTW, I purchased a VSE from Troy at Toyota of Greenfield. Very easy to deal with and im pretty sure the cheapest policy around. 8 year 75k for $825. my dealership charged $2175 for a 7/75k.

I'm fairly certain you dont need the spacers with 275's. Why not go with the OME dakar leafs in the back? They'll ride great.

Cool. I like your set up, I have the same silver taco too. I hant looked into the dakar leaf springs. Im hoping the tsb springs plus the ome lift kit spring gives it some lift and a sturdy ass to the truck(plus the $). If not, i got options. where did you buy your lift kit?

I got it all from wheelers. Had the leafs not been on back order and there been some confusion my experience with them would have been great. I would recommend them. If money is the factor than you can always get them later on or do what I did, what a while longer and get them when you got the money. The full OME lift is worth the money and the wait.

I did the 275/70/17 on stock sport wheels and had zero problems with rubbing. Never needed spacers.. I also had my 5100's set @ 2.5".

Whoa. We are going to have pretty similiar looking rigs. And I'm moving to AZ at the end of the month. Your build sounds great!

I have a silver 2010 DCLB, OME 885 and 5100's are going on it along with FJ SE wheels, BFG AT's (265/75/16) weathertech's, Avid light bar with KC daylighters, & Avid weld-on sliders with kickout. Already have the Sock decals. :)

    Go Gators!

Does avid offer the "kickout" on their sliders?

BTW, Gator fans are not allowed in AZ...much like the illegals.

I e-mailed Brandon at Avid and he said they could do it. I don't think they list it on their website, but a few guys have had them made. :)

Give Brandon a shout at Avid. SUPER cool dude!!

He built me my sliders for a DC LB. I got to test out the fit for them. IE one of a first few people that have them...

cool, sent avid an email....if you buy both the light bar and the sliders you save $65. Plus the $65 TW discount. Hell of a deal.

I just bought a aFe pro dry S for $53 shipped on streetsideauto. (promo code for 10% off is "save").

    Lots of deals these days.:D
