Guess I got the premium "Fairy" option too. It's too bad people have to put down what other people have..:notsure:

The 16s dont have leather. That is the one cool feature about the premium pkg in my opinion. Sun roof is definitely a NO GO. Dual zone is totally useless to me, never used it on my other cars. JBL also useless, dont listen to the stereo much.

I love my premium tech 16...would not care for the truck as much without it...plus 6k on your baby...don’t waste your time/money/energy.

Found a couple older brothers on my first trip up a forest road. Much of the anxiety I've had over my recent purchase was washed away cruising down that road and passing a car that had two people guiding it through a washed out section. IMG_9828.jpg

Nah, I really don't care. There's just no need for it...I built my truck for me, not for them. If they don't like it, it's there problem not mine. It all good..:hattip:

Sorry, no pics yet, but today I finally ordered my suspension upgrade. I've been thinking about this for a long time and based my decision on my personal needs.

I went with the Bilstein 6112s/5160s w/ Headstrong 3 Leaf AAL, and JBA Std. Upper Control Arms.

Yea, I could have gotten the SPC a little cheaper but I've been told the JBAs have certain advantages over them. I'm only getting a tad over 2" of lift with this kit and likely don't need them but they are insurance in case I do.

    I'm pretty stoked. :yay:

With that low of mileage, I'd stick with the 16. I also had to get the "fairy" premium tech package. I live the moon roof and the wife wanted the dual climate control. Every time she rides with me it gets some use.

1.5k to upgrade 2 years is nice, but i wouldn't say it's worth it. It's pretty much the same truck... being a 3rd gen and all.

Nothing wrong with them. I do like ICON's. I had ICON's on my Gen2 tacoma as well. I bought the ICON's with 650# coils and when I installed my slimline bumper and winch I lost about 1/2" of lift. Decided to try out the King's with 700# coils. Drove it for a couple days now and I can't decide if I like the King's over ICON or vice versa, but I got my 1/2" of lift back with the 700# coils......

Yeah. I think all the haters can go to the T3G website  I’m one of those people that when I’m told it’s impossible to do soemething or that will never happen, I work my ass off for it to happen. It’s just extra motivation. Just like this Dual Muffler System. I remember someone very high and mighty telling me that duals on these 3.5 6 cyl trucks sound absolutely terrible. Also, that dual x pipes isn't a thing and/or shouldn’t be even something that you should have custom done. Their last words were, a true dual exhaust would be an absolute waste of time and money and single in dual out is just stupid. Another funny conversation I had with the same person was regarding “tunes”. Tunes are mostly snake oil and more often than not, worth nowhere near the $. They also have minimal gains if any. Last statement again, It's not like we have a de-tuned turbo engine where you can change boost, open the waste-gate later, adjust fuel mapping, etc...:thumbsup: You just have to look back and smile :)

@CaliRaisedLed low profile brackets and ditch lights arrived today...stoked with the result. Hardest part was getting the damn nuts on when mounting the lights to the bracket...
