    I totally forgot about our field manager's retirement luncheon today. My boss texted me and asked if I was going and if I would grill up the pollo-asada. So I went in about 0900 and grilled up about 20lbs. Everyone was happy, the manager got kinda choked up a few times. Good lunch.

    Replaced the wall and cleaned up the apparent contamination, as dry as it was.

    Put up some new green board and cheap paneling to kind of finish off the WC for acceptable use for the interim. And finally got after installing that little sink to make the room a bit more functional.

    And before you ask... the p-trap is on the other side of the wall, under a t below the slop sink.
