Don't know if this has been asked before but I'm looking to get a steel front bumper in a few months and not wanting to cut my stock bumper for fitment. I'm also not interested in those bulky, "full" replacement bumpers either. With that being said, is there a company out there that makes caps of some sort to fill the area where the hacked up stock bumper goes?

    None as of yet
you may be talking about a low profile bumper. just goes where the black plastic is. Souther style offroad and i think c4 off road makes one. Still will require cutting but less visible cut lines.

Why not cut stock bumper? Those look super clean. Check out Mobtown offroad front bumper. The bumper itself covers where you cut, so no need to be super precise. Makes for a perfectly clean look every time.

There are numerous companies making low-profile, "hybrid" bumpers like what you're describing:
    - Southern Style Offroad
    - C4 Fabrication
    - Relentless Fabrication
    - Warn
    - And others

The Warn one is the only model that does not require any cutting (as far as I'm aware).

I've previously had a Relentless Fabrication model and was not a fan of it. Thought about going to a full bumper, but ended up ordering a Southern Style Offroad bumper to replace it. I dislike the look of the Warn option considerably more than I dislike the idea of cutting the bumper. The SSO is the original manufacturer of this style of bumpers, and their option is the cream of the crop IMO.

I'm looking to get a bumper like this which requires cutting but just wanna know if there's a company that sells the already cut bumper section needed. If that makes sense. Lol. Wanna keep my stock just in case I wanna go back.

AHHH, I get what you're asking now. No, I'm not aware of any companies that offer that. What you COULD do is buy an unpainted bumper cover (they're not that expensive), cut to fit, and get only that small piece painted (or use color matched spray paint for it). That way you still have a factory painted front bumper you can swap on at any point.

Once you put aftermarket parts on, you won’t go back

They need to come out with that high clearance option they just introduced for the 4runner.

    I like those low loops but I don't think they're TSS + Pro grill friendly. #2018problems :(
