I wouldn’t recommend the T fitting. EBetter to run individual lines. When you have a T fitting and a heavy load the air shift between bags when cornering.

@Rujack set the bags to 10psi. Rides good empty and loaded. Probably could have bumped to 15psi for this load but it was a short ride and it still felt pretty good at 10psi. This was as much as I could stuff in the bed with the rack on and a heap on the trailer.

Thanks - I just got back from a long weekend trip to the eastern sierras and I had them at ~12 psi. Kept the truck level with around 500 lbs in the bed + wife and kiddo in the cab, and the ride was very much improved both on and off pavement. My sway bar is long gone too; these help a ton with body roll.

Did you have a problem getting the “clamps” to bolt up? I couldn’t get the bolt holes lined up. They’re off by at least 1/8”, maybe 3/16” on mine. I’ll attach a pic tomorrow. Literally just walked in...

Edit: snagged a pic from a couple posts back by @Chux - thx! This is the clamp I’m talking about.

Yea I actually ended up taking the grinder and cutting about 1/8” off the bottom of the peice that goes on the inside. There was like a bump inside there that wouldn’t allow me to get both bolts in at the same time.

Great - I was about to do the same but figured I’d check first.

I made this pressure equalizer- about $10 in parts from True Value. It works perfectly and gets it exact. Also useful for borrowing air from other tires in emergencies and filling a bike tire (doesnt take much to do that!).
