    For me to get a comfortable nights sleep especially during the Hot Summer night's here , I have the AC set at 74° or colder . I also have all the ceiling fans going also

    This way I can bundle up with a comforter and sleep soundly . Also not drinking any caffeine products 4 hrs before I go to sleep

    As for the bed , do you rotate the mattress frequently like every 3 months ??

    For my bed I've got a hybrid memory foam pillow top and is only 2 yrs old and now looking at the top of the line Sleep Numbers bed

    Another nice day today,47 degrees now, high of 70.:bananadance:. Hopefully this cooler air moves south and east so you all can enjoy it.
    Yesterday I did a drive by plan C & D bowhunting spots in the Kettle Moraine State Forest. Some logging was done last year, so I will have to take a closer look early next week.
