Ɔ/V codes, is it going to be ok to drive like this?

Is the BT dongle supposed to read all engine fault codes?

The guy here at work said flashing is almost always a bad indicator and a shop might take advantage of me if I don't know what's really wrong with it. He was very nice to let me use his tool and inserted it into my port with ease. Then using Torque app on my tablet is shows no codes found but my Taco keeps giving me an indicator of an issue that I want to know what's wrong with it. I can only assume that the flashing light is telling my its a bad warning sign and shouldn't be driven until fixed.

It is a 2009 Taco with 4 doors and 4 wheel drive. My ex did a few mods to make up for his short comings but doubt bigger tires will give a code after a few years of being used.

Yes, I tried to check via the app on my tablet.

Traction control is not the issue, no snow here and warm.

If the check engine light is flashing there is an active misfire happening and cat damage is occurring. Shut it down and take it to a mechanic for diagnosis. They have scanners to read live data to see which cylinders are misfiring

56 looks like suspension error. Possible air ride malfunction

 

11 is a diesel thing. ive got that light, it goes away after a few seconds, its the cylinder preheat thing that diesels do, before starting
