I just finished upgrading speakers in my truck (I replaced tweeters few months before, it was a Huge improvement over stock sound!) . Sounds much better, clearer, less muddy. Bass seems not to have as much punch as before... Kinda hard to explain. I'm happy, but I guess I expected more
I'm surprised that stock speakers were as good as they were, considering size of their magnets

Holy crap! Look at the difference in those magnets!!!! That's night and day! Well, you should definitely still get the app. I use it in my Lex and I have a the 850w Mark Levinson in there and it still adds some depth. The EQ on the app is the shit.

Yeah, I only did my speakers, and I'm not planning to install any amp/sub combos. I'll definitely look into that app.

Well, get the free trial and check it out. I think the full unlocked version was less than 5 bucks. I definitely recommend it. The only thing I don't like about it is that when you crank up the volume in the app it make you agree to the fact that higher volumes are unsafe. Lame. Another nanny. But still worth it.

So, when you're using the app, you keep car stero's eq flat?
